On July 10, 2019, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock, payable on August 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on July 25, 2019.

 

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On July 10, 2019, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2019 ended May 31, 2019. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

 

On July 10, 2019, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), held an investor conference call reporting its third quarter financial results of fiscal year 2019 ended May 31, 2019. The PowerPoint slides, which were used for this Investor Conference Call, are attached herein as exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
